Goulash

- 2 lbs Lean Hamburger Preferably Sandberg Land and Cattle Company Beef
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 TBSP Beef Broth Base
- 29 oz Tomato Sauce
- 14.5 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Chopped Parsley
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Cups Pasta Noodles Macaroni, Rotini, etc
- Cheese (Cheddar, Feta, etc) Optional
Gather the ingredients.
Add olive oil to Dutch oven and heat on medium.
Add chopped onions and hamburger. Season with Salt, Pepper and Worchester. Cook until hamburger is browned. Add garlic.
Add beef broth and base, both cans of tomatoes, parsley, bay leaves.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add pasta noodles, continue to simmer until pasta is tender.
Remove bay leaves and serve.
Garnish with parsley and cheese, if desired.
