Goulash

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Lean Hamburger Preferably Sandberg Land and Cattle Company Beef
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 TBSP Beef Broth Base
  • 29 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 14.5 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Cups Pasta Noodles Macaroni, Rotini, etc
  • Cheese (Cheddar, Feta, etc) Optional

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Add olive oil to Dutch oven and heat on medium.
  • Add chopped onions and hamburger. Season with Salt, Pepper and Worchester. Cook until hamburger is browned. Add garlic.
  • Add beef broth and base, both cans of tomatoes, parsley, bay leaves.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add pasta noodles, continue to simmer until pasta is tender.
  • Remove bay leaves and serve.
  • Garnish with parsley and cheese, if desired.
